Steps to make 葱油拌面

  • 1.小葱切段,蒜头切片,起锅烧油,要半碗油,把花椒粒和蒜头片葱段放进去。
  • 2.中小火,熬制到食材微黄,葱油就熬好了。
  • 3.把食材捞出来。
  • 4.半碗葱油就熬好了,葱油可以多熬一点,平时拌面可以做酱料香油。
  • 5.准备好一把面条,小青菜清洗干净。
  • 6.起锅烧水,水中放入一点盐和一点油,准备煮面。
  • 7.水开后放入面条,用筷子搅散。
  • 8.面条煮2分钟后倒入半碗冷水,这样煮的面条比较Q弹,水再次烧开后面条就完全煮好了。
  • 9.捞出面条,放入小青菜煮1分钟即可
  • 10.面条捞出立刻放入冷水过一遍,再捞出沥干水份。
  • 11.起锅下一点点花生油,中小火,倒入一大勺生抽、一点糖,一点胡椒粉,一勺冷水,煮1分钟。
  • 12.关火,倒入面条,搅拌均匀。
  • 13.让面条吸收酱油,充分上色。
  • 14.捞出装盘,在上面淋上葱油,拌匀即可。
  • 15.小青菜装饰一下,简单快手的葱油面条就做好了。
