  • 低粉70克

  • 白砂糖20克
  • 卡仕达酱100克

Steps to make 天鹅泡芙

  • 1.将牛奶,黄油,盐,糖放入到奶锅中煮沸。
  • 2.筛入低粉迅速搅拌均匀,离火降温。
  • 3.将蛋液打散,分次加入到面糊中。
  • 4.鸡蛋大小有异,2个鸡蛋不一定都要放进去,要看面糊的状态。添加到提起刮刀呈现倒三角就可以。
  • 5.将面糊分成2个部分,一部分做天鹅脖子,一部分做天鹅身子,做身体部分裱花嘴开口剪大些,或者用一个圆形花嘴。
  • 6.脖子部分则可以直接将裱花袋剪一个小口,挤完脖子部分,用一个牙签将嘴勾出来。
  • 7.脖子部分烤箱180度烘烤5到8分钟。
  • 8.身体部分180烘烤25—30分钟,具体温度根据自己烤箱脾气酌情调节。
  • 9.烤好的泡芙,从中间抛开,再从中间切一刀变成翅膀。
  • 10.卡仕达酱提前制作好,装入裱花袋中,花嘴随自己喜欢。
  • 11.将卡仕达酱挤于泡芙上,将翅膀摆放在两侧,装上脖子,画眼睛。吃之前再挤入卡仕达酱哦。
