    Steps to make 油爆虾

    • 1.虾洗净,放淘米篮里沥掉水份。
    • 2.姜切丝,葱切段。
    • 3.锅上火,锅里加适量的油,可以淹掉虾的量,油烧至6成热倒入虾(因为虾是活的,记得倒入同时用锅盖盖上一小会)火可以关稍微小一点。
    • 4.炸至虾弯曲变红,漏勺捞出。
    • 5.等捞出的虾温度降了一半,锅里重新开火,大火,油温升起来在倒入虾复炸一次。
    • 6.另起锅,开火,倒很少的油放入姜丝葱段出香味,倒入5勺的生抽,白糖2小勺。(盐可放可不放,看使用的生抽咸淡度而定)
    • 7.放入虾翻锅,充分吸收汤汁装盘。
