  • 1.内馅做法:1.水+糖+猪油大火煮开转小火

  • 9.依次做好所有的酥皮
  • 10.擀成牛舌状
  • 11.从上往下卷起,依次做好所有的,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 12.再擀成牛舌状
  • 13.从上往下卷起,依次做好所有的,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 14.把两端捏合,按扁,擀开,包入内馅
  • 15.包起来,收口朝下,轻轻按扁
  • 16.依次做好所有的老波饼
  • 17.预热烤箱200度,刷一层蛋液,用利刀划三个刀口,要划破上面的面皮,不可划穿下面的,酒上适量白芝麻
