  • 1.花甲吐沙清洗干净
  • 2.姜丝和特辣辣椒粉
  • 3.油锅爆香姜丝,多放了一个八角
  • 4.姜丝出香味后放入辣椒粉炒香
  • 5.倒入洗净的花甲
  • 6.加入生抽,适量多点,因为不放其他调味料,
  • 7.盖上锅盖焖一会就会出来很多汤汁
  • 8.花蛤全部打开就好啦
