【蜜豆面包】
首先非常感谢美食天下和东菱电器给了这次试用的机会,真是没有想到能被选为这款东菱面包机DL-T12的试用者之一呢~

这一次着重体验了下机器的撒果料功能,确实很方便。虽然使用过程中有些问题,这就需要与机器多磨合几次才能找到适合自己的方式。

材料:

高筋面粉300g,酵母4g,糖36g,盐4g,奶粉12g,蛋液22g,水164g,黄油24g,蜜红豆80g

Steps to make 【蜜豆面包】

  • 1.将除黄油和蜜红豆外的所有材料投入面包桶,液体材料在下,粉类材料在上,糖、盐和奶粉分别放在角落处,酵母在中央挖洞填入;将面包桶装入面包机,固定好
  • 2.选定标准面包程序,设定烧色中,重量750g,需要撒果料,不需定时;全部确认好之后启动程序,总时长2:30
  • 3.10分钟后加入切小块的黄油
  • 4.加入黄油后,将蜜红豆倒入果料盒并将其推入机盖内
  • 5.2:15时,机器触发撒果料装置,蜜红豆全部撒入面包桶,机器继续搅拌过程
  • 6.2:10时,停止搅拌,开始第一次发酵
  • 7.1:45时,初次发酵完成
  • 8.再次开始搅拌,待搅拌几下之后,按启动/停止键暂时中止机器动作
  • 9.取出面包桶放在一边,再次按启动/停止键,使机器继续程序;1:40时,机器停止搅拌动作,将面包桶放入机器内固定好,翻出搅拌叶摘掉
  • 10.将面团稍微整理一下,尽量使蜜红豆都包裹在面团里面
  • 11.盖好盖子开始二次发酵
  • 12.直至最后程序结束,取出面包放在晾网上晾凉后装袋保存
