Steps to make Ximi Crystal Zongzi
- 1. Soak Longjing and chrysanthemums in boiling water, let them cool completely, filter them with gauze, and leave only the tea
- 2. Cut tangerine peel and kumquat fruit into small pieces
- 3. Soak sago in tea for 5 minutes, then remove it
- 4. Mix with sugar, tangerine peel, and kumquat into sago
