洋葱回锅蛋
买了两个紫皮洋葱,特紫的,老板说这个洋葱比平常的都要好吃。家里也没什么好搭配炒的,就拿鸡蛋凑数吧。不过,不是用生鸡蛋炒,而是用了荷包蛋回锅炒,比平常的洋葱炒鸡蛋更咸香,更下饭。

  • 1.洋葱均匀切块,香菜洗净切末
  • 2.一空碗,半勺料酒,一勺生抽,半勺蒸鱼豉油,少许白糖,搅拌均匀
  • 3.热油,煎鸡蛋
  • 4.每个鸡蛋上撒些椒盐粉
  • 5.煎制两面焦黄,蛋黄变硬
  • 6.用铲子和筷子分块,盛出
  • 7.留底油,下洋葱块翻炒
  • 8.炒至洋葱变软些,倒入鸡蛋块
  • 9.倒入调料,翻炒
  • 10.收汁后,撒上香菜末即可
