  • 玉米淀粉(防粘)适量
  • 白砂糖280g
  • 麦芽糖80g

Steps to make 沙琪玛

  • 1.面粉和泡打粉混合过筛
  • 2.加入鸡蛋混合均匀
  • 3.表面粘一层玉米淀粉静置20分钟
  • 4.用擀面杖擀成0.2厘米的薄片,用刀切成小条
  • 5.用玉米淀粉防粘
  • 6.锅内放玉米油将面条炸至金黄浮起来捞出(油温不能过高,容易炸糊)
  • 7.全部炸好备用(我切的有点粗,切小一点更好)
  • 8.将每日坚果和猕猴桃干切碎
  • 9.用刚刚炸面条的锅放入糖和麦芽糖小火慢慢熬
  • 10.熬糖用筷子粘一下放入冷水中冷一下能拉丝即可
  • 11.倒入面条和坚果快速翻拌均匀
  • 12.放入容器中压紧放凉切块即可
