土豆腊肉煲

  • 小红椒2个

  • 腊肉100g
  • 小青椒2个
  • 芝麻少许

Steps to make 土豆腊肉煲

  • 1.腊肉煮熟切片,青红椒切小圆,蒜切片。
  • 2.土豆切约2、3mm的片,可以用空气炸锅事先炸至微微发黄,这道工序也可以省略,直接在平底锅里煎时间长一些。
  • 3.腊肉放入平底锅煎至透明、出油,微微发黄,捞出备用。
  • 4.土豆煎至两面金黄,撒少许盐。
  • 5.把土豆刨到一边,放入蒜片煎香,放入腊肉、青红椒,翻炒一下。
  • 6.转入事先预热的砂锅煲里,撒上芝麻。
