香葱吐司
早餐的面包一般都是甜味的居多,这次喜欢香葱口味的可算是有福啦,一款普通白吐司的配方加入香葱,一下就变的香飘满屋,有的时候换一种口味也是蛮好的咯~
现在天气热起来了,简直是面包爱好者的福音,首先揉面团出膜会容易一些,最主要的还是发酵,根本不用苦苦地登上半天啦,喜欢面包的可以充分地调动起家里面的面包机了哦,没有面包机的用烤箱也是一样的呢~

  • 高筋粉300g
  • 橄榄油16g
  • 砂糖20g
  • 食盐6g
  • 清水190g
  • 酵母4g
  • 香葱20g

Steps to make 香葱吐司

  • 1.面包桶里面放入橄榄油
  • 2.加入切碎的香葱
  • 3.加入清水
  • 4.先放入食盐
  • 5.然后加入砂糖
  • 6.加入高筋面粉,上面挖一个小坑,放进去酵母
  • 7.面包机一个和风面包程序
  • 8.第二次发酵完毕表面刷上鸡蛋液,然后撒一层香葱即可等待程序自动烘烤完成~
