  • 1.面粉备好!
  • 2.面粉中放入固体软化黄油!
  • 3.然后揉成细碎状!
  • 4.倒入是凉水和糖揉成面团!然后醒半小时!
  • 5.面团醒好之后擀成长方形面片,然后把软化好的片状黄油!
  • 6.然后把片状黄油用面片包住,一般是左边包到右边,右边包到左边!
  • 7.然后擀成长方形面片,之后再对折,再擀开!
  • 8.类似做法反复做四五次,之后就会出现千层,如图!之后卷起来,放入些许面粉放入冷藏即可!等到用时取出就可以了~
