Steps to make 蒜烤金针菇

  • 1.金针菇洗净、切去老根,放于锡纸上,奶油块2个切成小块,均匀撒在金针菇上。
  • 2.生蒜5瓣,切成蒜末入盘,倒入老抽。
  • 3.将调好的蒜末酱油撒到金针菇上,再撒上胡椒粉。
  • 4.将锡纸包好,放入烤箱。180度,上下火,7分钟。
  • 5.烤好了,当当当当,出锅了!
  • 6.蒜香浓郁,还有奶油的甜香!
