Steps to make 糯米糍

  • 1.将白糖打成糖粉,与糯米粉、澄面一起放入盆中
  • 2.加适量清水和成絮状
  • 3.取一盘子刷上油
  • 4.倒入和好的面糊入蒸锅,以水沸腾计,约15分钟(10分钟大火,5分钟小火)期间不要打开盖子,以免跑气
  • 5.将花生,炒熟去皮;黑芝麻、白芝麻也炒熟,各取一半量打成粉,另一半与打好的掺和一起,这样吃起来更有口感,作为外裹材料待用
  • 6.将蒸熟的糯米团用擀面杖顺时针捣
  • 7.分成一小块,放在打好的材料滚圈即可
