小文子出品~~【电饭锅蛋糕】
今天第一次做蛋糕!
之前!一直没有打蛋器!
都是望而却步!
这次终于如愿以偿了!
O(∩_∩)O哈哈~开心呢!
第一次做!除了有点粘锅还算成功!
蛋糕很软!刚做好的时候很鼓!
但是!没有一分钟!就塌下去了!
还在猜是什么原因!有点太软!

Steps to make 小文子出品~~【电饭锅蛋糕】

  • 1.4个蛋,分开蛋白和蛋黄。
  • 2.将蛋黄打散。
  • 3.蛋黄加入糖拌匀。
  • 4.蛋黄加入植物油拌匀。
  • 5.蛋黄加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 6.蛋黄加入吉士粉拌匀。(没有的可以不放)
  • 7.蛋黄加入低粉拌匀成蛋黄糊。
  • 8.蛋白打发,粗泡后加糖。
  • 9.蛋白一直打到干性发泡。
  • 10.蛋白分3次加入蛋黄糊,上下搅拌,不要转圈。
  • 11.电饭煲预热涂油,倒入蛋糕糊,按下煮饭档,跳起后,湿抹布遮住出气口,20分钟后,取下抹布,再次按下煮饭,跳起后出气口再盖上湿抹布,20分钟后,牙签差如蛋糕,没有黏着物就可以了,反之再捂10分钟。
