香草味曲奇饼干
经常在外面买来吃,很担心里面添了防腐剂之类的,自己本身很喜欢烘培,现做开始做,从最简单、也是爱吃的曲奇做起吧!

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋面粉200克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 糖粉65克
  • 香草精1/4勺

Steps to make 香草味曲奇饼干

  • 1.将黄油室温软化后加入白砂糖、糖粉
  • 2.用打蛋器将三者打匀,黄油打到轻微蓬松颜色稍浅
  • 3.全蛋液分2-3次加入
  • 4.继续打蛋器打匀后,筛入低筋面粉
  • 5.用刮刀拌匀
  • 6.拌匀成这样我们就可以开始转裱花袋了
  • 7.烤盘放上油纸,开始裱画,还是新手,感觉自己弄的还不错
  • 8.裱好后,放入预热好的烤箱。烤箱温度上下管180度
  • 9.烘培时间10分钟,最后几分钟注意下成色,每家烤箱不同用时多少有区别哦。
  • 10.duang……成品出炉,稍稍晾凉放入密封罐包装。
