  • 燕麦饮170g
  • 蛋白60g
  • 百香果浓浆10g
  • 零卡糖30g
  • 淡奶油10g
  • 椰子油20g
  • 鲜酵母15g
  • 1g

Steps to make 燕麦果香小吐司

  • 1.准备好所需食材。
  • 2.椰子油除外的面团材料放入厨师机搅拌桶内。
  • 3.启动厨师机,把面团打至粗膜的状态。
  • 4.加入室温软化好的椰子油,再次启动厨师机,搅打至有韧性的薄膜。
  • 5.把面团收拢光滑,放入发酵盒,发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.取出面团,轻压排气后均分成两份,松弛20分钟。
  • 7.擀开,边上若有气泡直接拍掉。
  • 8.翻面,自上而下卷起来,然后再次松弛10分钟。
  • 9.再次擀长,翻面,卷起来。
  • 10.放入水立方吐司盒。(10*10*10)
  • 11.送入烤箱38度发酵至8分满。
  • 12.最后送入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度烤制35分钟左右即可。
