  • 1小勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 生抽1大勺
  • 黄酒1勺
  • 胡椒粉1克
  • 玉米油3勺
  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 凉拌葱油鸡

  • 1.鸡腿提前浸泡处理干净
  • 2.鸡腿去骨,然后冲洗干净。控水备用
  • 3.将鸡腿放容器中,加适量的盐,黄酒(或者米酒,料酒)、胡椒粉和葱姜,反复用手抓匀,腌制2个小时以上。
  • 4.腌好的鸡腿上蒸锅,中火开锅上汽后蒸15分钟。
  • 5.蒸好的鸡腿,去除葱姜,鸡腿捞出放凉备用,鸡汤备用。
  • 6.锅里加玉米油,将切好的葱(最好是大葱的葱白,我这下大雨,没有外出去买,用的是小葱),炸成金黄色捞出备用。
  • 7.切点葱姜蒜,放小碗中
  • 8.将炸好的葱油,两饭勺浇在碗中
  • 9.然后加适量的生抽和蚝油和少许的胡椒粉,再加蒸鸡的鸡汤两勺,拌匀备用。
  • 10.将鸡腿切粗条,表面撒葱头酥
  • 11.然后淋上调料汁就可以吃了。
