Steps to make 烤薯条

  • 1.市场买来的土豆个头很大,2个一斤多,土豆去皮洗净。
  • 2.土豆切条,宽窄薄厚都随个人喜欢的口感而定,但是粗细要尽量均匀一些,成熟度才会一致。
  • 3.将色拉油、盐、黑胡椒粉、辣椒粉、孜然粉放入土豆条中。
  • 4.端起盆摇一摇,晃一晃,让每个薯条都裹上调味料。
  • 5.烤盘里面铺锡纸或者油纸,将土豆条摆放到烤盘里面,尽量平铺摆放,最好不要重叠起来。
  • 6.烤箱提前220度预热,预热完成以后,将烤盘放入烤箱中,设置上下火中层,温度220度,时间20分钟。换成空气炸锅或者电饼铛都是可以滴。烤箱不同,温度和时间都有差异,请根据自己的烤箱设置。
  • 7.出炉装盘。简单、少油、健康,口感好,直接吃已经是非常美味了,再粘上沙拉酱,那真是有滋有味美滋滋啊!无可挑剔。
