豆沙蛋黄月饼

  • 糖浆200克
  • 色拉油70克
  • 枧水4克
  • 豆沙500克
  • 咸蛋黄10个

Steps to make 豆沙蛋黄月饼

  • 1.将色拉油、枧水、糖浆倒入盆中搅拌
  • 2.筛入月饼粉
  • 3.揉成团后封上保鲜膜放置3小时左右
  • 4.把一个咸蛋黄分成两份
  • 5.将豆沙分成20份,分别包上咸蛋黄
  • 6.手上抹油后将放置好的面团拿出一半分成10份,擀成圆形
  • 7.包上豆沙馅,放在月饼粉上
  • 8.将模具里面洒上月饼粉,把面团裹上一层月饼粉后放入模具压成型
  • 9.烤箱180度预热5分钟,月饼放入铺好油纸的烤盘,面上喷上水后放入烤箱烤5分钟
  • 10.再次刷上蛋黄液,放入烤箱烤15分钟左右即可
