Steps to make Boiled Thousand Pieces in Water
- 1. Cut a thousand pieces into strips, blanch for about 2 minutes, then remove and cool with cold water.
- 2. Soak chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns in water, slice 2 cloves of garlic into 3 cloves, shred ginger, slice scallion white into slices, and chop scallion leaves into small pieces.
- 3. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up. Add scallions, shredded ginger, garlic slices, Sichuan peppers, chili peppers, and Pixian Douban sauce (according to personal taste) to stir fry until red oil is produced.
