Steps to make 清蒸多宝鱼

  • 1.多宝鱼去除内脏洗净,切花刀。
  • 2.生姜切片,小葱白切段垫在盘子底部。
  • 3.再把鱼放在盘子里,把料酒涂抹在多宝鱼身上。
  • 4.撒上适量的盐,再切姜片放在上面,腌制20分钟。
  • 5.提前把水烧开,再把腌好的鱼入锅蒸8分钟,关火5分钟后再拿出来。
  • 6.倒掉蒸出来的汤汁,姜片都扔掉。
  • 7.切好辣椒丝,生姜丝,葱丝。
  • 8.调蒸鱼汁,生抽,蒸鱼豉油,少许盐,少许白糖,蚝油胡椒粉,拌匀。
  • 9.拌匀后淋在鱼身上。
  • 10.把切好的姜丝,葱,辣椒丝放在鱼上。
  • 11.烧点热。
  • 12.烧热的油淋在鱼身上。
