看这圆不溜秋,矮胖厚实的小家伙,让人看了都忍俊不禁,自己在家做的更有手工的感觉,不尽规则的形状更是充满家的味道!再来就是撒上自配的糖霜,早餐起来吃一个真是心里美到不行,不过说实话,自己做才知道这个热量有多高!所以爱美减肥的mm们,基本上是要避免甜甜圈的摄入!不过偶尔放纵一下未尝不是一种享受呢~就算自己不吃也可以为家人需要增肥人士准备啊。哈哈

  • 低筋粉110克
  • 黄油16克
  • 1.5克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 泡打粉7克
  • 高筋粉70克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 奶粉5克
  • 85克
  • 色拉油250克

Steps to make 蛋糕甜甜圈

  • 1.黄油软化后加入细砂糖,奶粉,盐一起搅打均匀(会有点干,散开的状态)
  • 2.加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 3.再分次加入水搅拌均匀
  • 4.分次筛出高筋粉,低筋粉和泡打粉
  • 5.用手揉成团即可,不要揉太长时间,静置30分钟
  • 6.静置好后,面团擀成25px厚的面片
  • 7.用甜甜圈模具刻出甜甜圈形状
  • 8.刻出来的甜甜圈面圈放在撒了粉的烤盘里,稍微放置发酵下
  • 9.色拉油烧热,发酵好的甜甜圈面圈放到油锅里炸,炸至两面金黄色即可
  • 10.炸好的甜甜圈放冷凉架上冷凉(冷凉架下面放个垫了油纸的烤盘)
  • 11.巧克力隔热水溶化
  • 12.冷凉好的甜甜圈一面沾上溶化后的巧克力,放冷凉架上
  • 13.在甜甜圈上的巧克力凝固前撒些装饰彩糖,巧克力凝固后即可食用
  • 14.完成喽
