  • 1.准备材料。皮蛋、鸭蛋剥壳切小丁。丝瓜削皮切滚刀块。口蘑切片。西兰花掰小块。青豆洗净。绿豆芽掐去根须。
  • 2.油锅烧热,放入葱姜蒜。
  • 3.放入皮蛋和鸭蛋小丁翻炒出味
  • 4.倒入3碗水
  • 5.挤入1个浓汤宝,和青豆大火煮开。
  • 6.煮开后,再依次倒入丝瓜、口蘑、金针菇、西兰花、绿豆芽继续煮开
  • 7.最后放入西红柿片。调味关火。
