凤梨馅广式月饼
每年都会做这种水果馅的小广月,儿子很爱吃,今年在凤梨馅里再加了点蔓越莓,酸甜可口好滋味,凤梨馅也可以自己做,主料是冬瓜泥、凤梨泥、麦芽糖、白糖、淀粉、食用油。做这种月饼不适合做得太大,一般用50克一个的月饼模,还可以去订制一个属于自己的专属花片,吃着自己的专属月饼是不是很酷啊!

  • 面皮材料:面粉100g
  • 转化糖浆75g
  • 枧水1g
  • 奶粉5g
  • 食用油25g
  • 馅料:凤梨馅500g
  • 蔓越莓干100g
  • 刷料:鸡蛋液1个

Steps to make 凤梨馅广式月饼

  • 1.主要材料
  • 2.将转化糖浆、枧水、食用油倒入盆中搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入面粉和奶粉,拌成团
  • 4.放保鲜袋里松弛半小时
  • 5.现在处理馅料,将馅料分成每个35g左右的小团
  • 6.取一个凤梨馅捏开,放入一些蔓越莓干包起来,搓圆备用
  • 7.将醒好的面团搓长条,再切成10g左右的小挤子
  • 8.取一个饼皮面团,按扁再擀成圆面片,放上一份馅料,放到虎口位置一边用手指推一边向上收口
  • 9.包好的饼皮拍上少许面粉防粘,放入装好花片的月饼模具
  • 10.用力一压成型,挤出放在铺了油纸的烤盘上
  • 11.表面喷些水放入预热好200度的烤箱中层先烤5分钟定型
  • 12.再拿出均匀地刷上一层蛋液
  • 13.继续烤15分钟即可出炉
  • 14.第二天回油后更好吃哦!
