    Steps to make 虎皮尖椒

    • 1.要选择肉厚的尖椒,口感会更好;
    • 2.洗净后,切成两段,用筷子插入中间将辣椒籽转出;(喜欢超辣的,可以不用去籽这步)
    • 3.鲮鱼罐头中,取出适量的豆豉和鲮鱼块,撒成小鱼丁;
    • 4.锅中烧热,转小火,放入尖椒慢慢煸炒,过程中用锅铲按扁;
    • 5.至尖椒表面泛白,出现斑纹;
    • 6.这时再倒入一些油,翻炒一下;
    • 7.盛出来,备用;
    • 8.锅中放入豆豉、鲮鱼丁,生抽、陈醋、白糖,清水,煮成汁;
    • 9.浇在尖椒上,即可!
