8寸戚风蛋糕胚

  • 白糖30g
  • 植物油60g
  • 鸡蛋6个

Steps to make 8寸戚风蛋糕胚

  • 1.将60g牛奶,15g白糖,60g植物油倒入玻璃碗,搅拌至白糖融化呈乳白色,筛入90g低筋面粉,z字搅拌均匀,同步预热烤箱,150度。
  • 2.打入6个鸡蛋到另外一个干净的玻璃碗,用手将蛋黄捞出放入前面的面糊中。
  • 3.用打蛋筛z字搅拌到均匀。
  • 4.鸡蛋清里面放入15g白糖,几滴白醋。
  • 5.高速打发。
  • 6.一直打到蛋白有倒三角即可。
  • 7.倒入三分之一的蛋白霜到面粉糊里z字搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把面粉糊全部倒入蛋白霜里面。
  • 9.z字搅拌均匀。
  • 10.从30cm高处倒入8寸模具中,震出气泡。
  • 11.烤箱已经提前预热了,最下层150度烤55分钟。烤好了拿出来反扣在烤架上,中空和桌面最少15cm,晾凉以后再脱模。
  • 12.还有不会开裂的方法,但是比较麻烦,所以很少用哈哈哈。
  • 13.这边上乱涂啥呢。。。哈哈哈。
