营养早餐之——黑米豆沙菊花包
上一次用黑米蒸了一次葱油卷,一下子爱上了黑米做面食时那种特有的香味,继续努力,这次用来做了一款菊花包,菊花包是之前看到诗心做的时候就心痒难耐,但一直没有动手试过,这次做黑米豆沙包的时候赶紧试验了一把,别说,蒸出来的包子确实漂亮了许多呢!


有时候,美食就是这么简单,给熟悉的食材换一个新鲜的造型,感觉生活一下子都美好了许多许多。


黑米具有益气补血、暖胃健脾、滋补肝肾、缩小便、止咳喘等作用。特别适合脾胃虚弱、体虚乏力、贫血失血、心悸气短、咳嗽喘逆、早泄、滑精、小便频等患者食用。

一般黑米会被用来煮粥,但是因为黑米的米粒外部有一坚韧的种皮包裹,非常不容易煮烂。

黑米粥若不煮烂,不仅大多数招牌营养素不能溶出,而且多食后易引起急性肠胃炎,对消化功能较弱的孩子和老弱病者更是如此。因此,消化不良的人不要吃未煮烂的黑米。

所以,今天就介绍一款你不用担心会引起身体不适和营养吸收不完全的黑米做法:黑米豆沙菊花包。

蒸好后放入冰箱,早餐时取出一馏,营养又美味的早餐就轻松搞定!

    Steps to make 营养早餐之——黑米豆沙菊花包

    • 1.黑米淘洗干净后晾干表面的水份,用料理机的干磨刀搅拌至成非常细的黑米粉。
    • 2.按1:1的比例加入小麦面粉,干酵母用温水化开,边倒入面粉中边用筷子搅拌,直至面粉全部呈雪花状。
    • 3.用手把面揉搓到一起,稍揉光后进行发酵。
    • 4.发酵至两到三倍大。
    • 5.充分揉搓均匀至面团光滑后分切成合适大小的剂子。
    • 6.取一个剂子擀圆。用刀在圆片上划“米”字,中间留空装馅用。
    • 7.分别把平均分成的每一小份面片如图所示从两边捏合起来。
    • 8.中间位置放上适量玫瑰豆沙馅。
    • 9.把八个花瓣依次提起来捏拢。
    • 10.用虎口处整形。
    • 11.在整好形的菊花包中心位置撒少许白芝麻做点缀。
    • 12.如此做好所有黑米菊花包,进行二次发酵至滚圆。
    • 13.蒸锅水烧开后,黑米菊花包上笼大火蒸二十分钟,关火焖五分钟即可出锅。
