这个蔓越莓酥条真是太好吃了,酥酥的,蔓越莓的酸甜又给酥条增加了俏皮的感觉。做过了好几次,这次终于耐下性子,把她做成迷你版的,秀气的模样很讨喜啊!

Steps to make 蔓越莓酥条

  • 1.所有材料准备好
  • 2.蔓越莓干切碎
  • 3.软化的黄油用电动打蛋器打成顺滑状,分三次放入细砂糖
  • 4.打成顺滑状,糖与黄油混合好即可,不必打发变色、膨胀, 鸡蛋液分3次放入黄油糊中,每次都要充分混合后再倒入蛋液
  • 5. 蛋液与黄油糊充分混合,不要出现油水分离状态,黄油糊打发体积略膨大,颜色略变浅
  • 6.筛入低筋粉和泡打粉,翻拌均匀,不要划圈搅拌噢,防止面粉产生筋度
  • 7.当黄油与面粉呈现松散状时,倒入蔓越莓碎
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.可用手抓捏成团,千万不要像揉面那样噢
  • 10.取一块保鲜膜,将面团放在保鲜膜中,按扁
  • 11.取一个烤盘,将面团和保鲜膜一同放入,用手按压平整,表面用刮板压平滑;然后入冰箱冷藏或者冷冻,使面团变硬
  • 12.当面团变硬时,可取出,用擀面杖重新调整一下厚度
  • 13.用利刀用利刀切去不整齐的边缘,再分割成大小一致的块状
  • 14.切成宽窄一致的小条条
  • 15.摆在不粘烤盘中,注意留出足够的空间来
  • 16.入预热好的烤箱中,180度,中层,15分钟左右,表面及边缘呈金黄色即可出炉;时间要根据所切的条条大小薄厚来进行调整;没有同时进烤箱的饼干条生坯,可先放入冰箱里冷藏,入烤箱前再取出
  • 17.晾架上晾凉后,封罐保存
