普通的鸡蛋灌饼吃多了,这次就来个健康版的全麦鸡蛋灌饼,而且把面包里常用的烫面也用到这里面了,效果非常不错。

  • 1.奶锅中倒入牛奶加热煮开。
  • 2.中筋粉,全麦粉,盐,倒入盆中。
  • 3.再倒入煮开的牛奶。
  • 4.用白铲子不停搅拌面粉,使面团成松散的条状。(如果煮开的牛奶不够,再适量加入冷牛奶)
  • 5.用手揉成团,涂上色拉油,盖上保鲜膜,醒发一个小时。
  • 6.把配料中的鸡蛋,葱花,盐,香油搅拌均匀,备用。
  • 7.松弛好后,分割5份。
  • 8.拿出一个用手压扁。
  • 9.用擀面杖擀成长条。
  • 10.从头到尾刷上色拉油。
  • 11.再撒上面粉。
  • 12.从头开始卷起来。
  • 13.卷好后紧紧的收尾。
  • 14.面团立起来,用手往下压。
  • 15.压扁。
  • 16.擀成薄薄的圆饼。
  • 17.平底锅加热,倒入色拉油预热,再放入圆饼,以中小火烙。
  • 18.煎至圆饼金黄,中间鼓起来。
  • 19.用筷子挑开一个小口,再在周围挑大口子,倒入一部分蛋液。
  • 20.烙至蛋液凝固再翻面。最后烙至饼外面鼓鼓的,饼成金黄色出锅。
