    • 1.备好五花肉。
    • 2.备好的五花肉切片,加入黑豆豉、精盐拌匀入味。
    • 3.将拌好的五花肉先放进锅里蒸20---30分钟蒸熟烂。
    • 4.蒸好的五花肉。
    • 5.备好和薯粉用温水泡软。
    • 6.泡软的粉丝冼干净装碗中加入精盐、辣椒油,黑豆豉拌匀待用。
    • 7.青白菜冼净扣碗底,再扣上拌好的粉条,如图。
    • 8.再将蒸好的五花肉扣在粉条上面,如图。
    • 9.再放进蒸锅里蒸10分钟即成。
    • 10.蒸好的五花肉蒸粉条。
