自制汤圆
历来都有冬至吃汤圆的习俗,大街小巷都在卖。本人对汤圆偏爱有加,但嫌弃小贩卖的汤圆皮太厚,感觉吃的只是糯米丸子而已,所以我就自己动手学做汤圆了☺️
以前用冷水做米团,虽然煮好时外皮会比较光滑,但刚做时汤圆皮容易散开,不好包,所以难免皮也会较厚。因为也快过年了,想着过年做年粑时就用开水调芡,做出来的年粑怎么做造型都没问题。于是今天也试着用开水调,果然效果就出来了,皮薄,煮时易熟透。唯一的缺点就是外皮看着有些不平,但自已吃有什么关系呢?重点在馅心嘛*️

Steps to make 自制汤圆

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.把麻心搓成小丸子
  • 3.开水倒入糯米粉中,少量多次,感觉有些干了再倒。
  • 4.揉好的糯米团。开水调的手感就是不一样,软软的还一点也不粘手。
  • 5.大米团摇身一变就成这样啦,就是先一分为三,搓成3个米条,1是它自已,还有2根都变成小剂子和汤圆啦。具体制作顺序按图示数字标识从1一6就好了。
  • 6.做的满意的摆盘亮个相☺️接下来便是下入开水锅里大火煮至漂起就熟了。
