都说吃粗粮对健康有好处,所以做面食时,我会加点粗粮,口感虽然没有纯白面那么好,但是为了健康,为了能够摄入更多的营养,我还是选择粗粮来做主食。

  • 1.原料:面粉,玉米面,燕麦麸皮。
  • 2.面粉,玉米面和燕麦麸皮倒入盆中,加入发酵粉和清水的混合液体,和成软一些的面团。
  • 3.和好的面团直接放入笼屉里,室温醒发1.5个小时,室温高醒发时间会缩短。我家的室温不到20度,用了1.5小时。
  • 4.醒好的面团上可以放枣或者葡萄干。
  • 5.凉水入锅蒸28分钟即可。
  • 6.稍微凉一点就可以切块啦。
