  • 淡奶油125克
  • 蛋黄液60克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 可可粉20克

Steps to make 巧克力布丁

  • 1.准备食材,淡奶油125克,纯牛奶125克,蛋黄液60克(约2个),可可粉20克,细砂糖40克。
  • 2.将淡奶油,纯牛奶,可可粉同放入牛奶锅里。
  • 3.小火加热,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.然后加入细砂糖,煮至完全融化,混合物即将沸腾时移开,熄火。
  • 5.坐冷水浴降温。同时160度上下火预热烤箱。
  • 6.温度降至50度左右时加入蛋黄液,边加入边搅拌。
  • 7.巧克力布丁液过滤2次。
  • 8.分别装入布丁杯中,烤盘注入80~100度的热水。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中层,160度上下火,水浴烘烤45分钟,然后焖10分钟再出炉。
  • 10.出炉冷却后放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上,然后再倒扣出来,淋上巧克力酱,享用。
