Steps to make 低脂健康 红酒草莓冰棒

  • 1.草莓在淡盐水里浸泡10分钟,然后清水冲洗几遍,清洗干净,稍微沥下水分。
  • 2.将草莓蒂去掉,然后在将草莓切成块备用。做这款冰棒的时候我是没有加糖的,大家也可以根据自己的口感来增加糖的用量。
  • 3.将草莓打成草莓泥,红酒倒入草莓泥里搅拌均匀。在留几颗切块的草莓不要打碎。切块的草莓在每个冰棒模具里放上3-4块,在吃冰棒的时候就能吃到果肉的感觉。
  • 4.先用一个盒子固定好冰棒模具,再将打碎的草莓果泥倒入冰棒模具里,放入冰箱冷冻两个小时,果泥差不多冻硬了,还没完全冻结实的时候插上冰棒棍,在继续冻几个小时就可以了。吃之前,将冰棒模具翻转过来,在水龙头小冲十几秒钟,冰棒就很容易从模具里取出来了。
