三丝炒乌冬
第一次发布菜谱,有什么不足大家多多包容~我爱吃乌冬面,之前做了一个牛粒炒乌冬可谓色香味俱全,下次再为大家做菜谱。这个鸡丝乌冬面主要是因为之前煎了鸡扒没有吃完,于是乎把它切厚丝炒乌冬,发现味道一样好吃!也可以直接买鸡胸肉生炒,肉感可能更好。这样的早餐加上紫菜蛋花汤。足矣!

  • 鸡胸肉100g
  • 青椒半个
  • 火腿肠一条
  • 乌冬面一袋
  • 一勺
  • 白糖两勺
  • 老抽1勺半
  • 黑胡椒粉半勺

Steps to make 三丝炒乌冬

  • 1.水沸后把乌冬面放下,弄散
  • 2.煮2-3分钟左右熟了,捞起放盘
  • 3.切丝
  • 4.因为是熟鸡扒切所以要厚一点,如果是生鸡肉可以切细丝~
  • 5.放橄榄油等油温上升
  • 6.先炒火腿肠(因我比较爱吃炒久的火腿,可按个人爱好决定炒的先序)
  • 7.炒鸡肉
  • 8.炒青椒
  • 9.青椒熟后先单独装起。不然会过熟变软
  • 10.放入调料加适量水(4分之一碗的量左右)炒热
  • 11.加入刚捞起来的乌冬面,翻炒几下(不要太久,不然口感会糊糊的)
  • 12.加入青椒翻炒,盛出
