Steps to make 多芒小丸子

  • 1.备料
  • 2.糯米粉中加入少量白糖,加温水和面
  • 3.揉成细条放盘中备用
  • 4.揉成小圆团下如烧开的水锅中,浮出水面捞出
  • 5.放入凉水中备用,防止粘连
  • 6.芒果洗净后切开,果肉剥出,留一半切块备用
  • 7.芒果肉加白砂糖加少量纯净水搅拌成果肉泥
  • 8.芒果泥倒入碗中,把备用的芒果块放入,凉水中小丸子放进去,盖上保鲜膜放进冰箱冷藏,一小时后食用口感更好
