Steps to make 萨瓦林戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.牛奶跟油混合,用蛋抽搅打,混合乳化
  • 3.加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀至蛋黄糊细腻无颗粒
  • 4.蛋白打到细密泡泡,体积增大,无液态蛋白液时,一次性加入所有糖继续打发到干性发泡
  • 5.用蛋抽搅拌蛋白,使它浓稠细腻,三分之一蛋白加入面糊,拌匀
  • 6.面糊倒回剩下的三分之二蛋白中,切拌后翻拌均匀
  • 7.面糊装入一次性裱花袋中,挤入模具8分满,轻震后摆入烤盘
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,155度上下火烤40分钟,中途调温上火140度,下火165度,15分钟
  • 9.烘烤中
  • 10.出炉后倒扣,待凉脱模
