  • 1.材料準備好,香米飯先煮。
  • 2.把雞腿去骨起肉。。
  • 3.南瓜切小塊,菌菇整理好洗乾。
  • 4.下油爆香蒜頭,再先放入菌菇炒出菌味后加入胡椒粉和香油。
  • 5.再加入南瓜丁。
  • 6.這時菇菌會被炒出一些水這正常的,這時加入調味料翻炒均勻。
  • 7.把炒香的菌菇放入飯煲里。
  • 8.最後把雞腿肉放面灑上芝麻,蓋上電飯煲蓋繼續燜煮至飯熟即可。
