Steps to make 鲜花饼

  • 1.150g糯米粉放入锅中小火炒熟
  • 2.250g玫瑰花馅备用
  • 3.把玫瑰花馅倒入炒好的糯米粉中加180g水搅拌均匀然后撮成16个玫瑰馅团
  • 4.油皮:200g月饼粉,60g猪油,120g温水搅拌均匀揉成面团
  • 5.油酥:200g月饼粉,120g猪油揉成面团
  • 6.揉好的面团用保鲜膜包上静置30分钟
  • 7.将油皮和油酥分别揉成16个面团备用
  • 8.取一个油皮包上油酥
  • 9.然后擀成长条
  • 10.再卷起来
  • 11.再擀成长条卷起来
  • 12.直接压扁包上玫瑰馅,包好后揉成圆团再压扁即可
  • 13.包好的鲜花饼180度烤25分钟即可
  • 14.烤好的鲜花饼冷了才好吃哦
