简易版麻婆豆腐-保证下饭的【麻辣豆腐】
麻婆豆腐一道非常经典的川菜
很多地方都有做,但是正宗的麻婆豆腐绝非“家常菜”
从选料到技法都十分的讲究的,肉要牛肉,豆腐要嫩豆腐,调料要豆豉,辣椒面,花椒面,豆瓣酱 ....
还需要蒜苗,就是勾芡也很有讲究据说是勾三次芡

虽说我做的这个不正宗,算是简化了不是,用家里现有的材料做出一道“麻辣豆腐”
但是饭遭殃是必须的。做法简单适合家庭自己做来吃

    Steps to make 简易版麻婆豆腐-保证下饭的【麻辣豆腐】

    • 1.准备原料
    • 2.豆腐加盐焯水
    • 3.热锅凉油炒香花椒后,倒出花椒不要
    • 4.加入蒜末和辣椒面炒香
    • 5.加入一大勺郫县豆瓣炒出红油
    • 6.加适量生抽和开水烧开
    • 7.加入豆腐中火炖烧5~8分钟入味
    • 8.汤汁差不多了勾芡,分次勾芡到合适浓稠度
    • 9.趁热撒上花椒面和蒜末即可
