水杯姜饼屋(姜饼屋的迷你版~)
一进入12月份,想必各位爱好烘焙的同学都开始忙碌起来了,做蛋糕,做姜饼屋,送亲戚,送朋友。。。外面买的礼物虽然也很漂亮,却总是少了一份心意,不如自己动手,做一些新奇可爱的小礼物,好玩又好吃,保证让收到礼物的人惊喜不已。今年使用的是来自挪威的升级版姜饼配方,不同于网上基本用红糖和蜂蜜调制的版本,味道基本等同于超市现成的姜饼口味~

Details of ingredients

  • 含盐黄油150克
  • 糖浆90ml
  • 细砂糖1dl
  • 淡奶油1dl
  • 丁香粉1/2茶匙
  • 姜粉1/2茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉1/3茶匙
  • 肉桂粉2茶匙
  • 泡打粉1茶匙
  • 低筋面粉450克
  • 蛋白1个
  • 糖粉100克

Steps to make 水杯姜饼屋(姜饼屋的迷你版~)

  • 1.先用硬纸板画好图纸,门的宽度要根据自家水杯的样式来调整,一般在1-1.5厘米左右。用剪刀把它们剪好
  • 2.准备好姜饼需要的材料
  • 3.黄油切小块,加入糖浆和细砂糖,中火加热融化至完全混合均匀
  • 4.离火稍稍冷却
  • 5.加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀
  • 6.称量好的各种粉类混合(其实面粉还有一碗)
  • 7.取一个大碗,倒入之前混合好的糖浆,筛入粉类
  • 8.借助刮板混合均匀
  • 9.放入保鲜袋中,冰箱冷藏半小时以上
  • 10.取一部分面团,表面覆盖保鲜膜,擀成2-3厘米厚的片
  • 11.移到油纸上,沿着硬纸板刻出姜饼屋的墙和屋顶
  • 12.一个小的姜饼屋需要图纸中的每一个图样各2份
  • 13.一个蛋白放入干净的无水无油的碗中,分三次加入糖粉打发
  • 14.提起打蛋器,能够拉出尖角就好了
  • 15.将蛋白糖霜装进裱花袋(我直接用油纸作了个一次性的)
  • 16.姜饼边缘挤上蛋白糖霜作粘合剂,开始组装
  • 17.装好四面墙后,借助水杯等物体倚靠,把墙体晾干
  • 18.一定要等到墙壁牢固后再上屋顶,小心的姜两侧的屋顶粘好
  • 19.屋顶上涂满蛋白糖霜
  • 20.撒上彩色糖针就完成了,摆在杯子上或者装进精致的小盒子里就可以送人啦
