葡萄干面包
春节过后剩余了葡萄干,今天拿来用它做葡萄干面包。简单的做法,方便易学,味道甜美可口,松软好吃。

  • 高筋面粉500g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 发酵粉10g
  • 白糖20g
  • 花生油1匙
  • 牛奶1盒

Steps to make 葡萄干面包

  • 1.高筋面粉中打入两个鸡蛋。
  • 2.倒入发酵粉和白糖。
  • 3.边倒入牛奶边搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再倒入花生油。
  • 5.面和的不软不硬,不需要用手揉搓,稍微整理就可以。
  • 6.盖上盖帘,放在温暖处发酵两倍大,放入葡萄干。
  • 7.把葡萄干揉至面里。
  • 8.用手揪出大小均匀的面团,整理平整。烤盘铺入油纸,把面团放上。
  • 9.放入烤箱中再次醒发至两倍大。
  • 10.碗中打入一个鸡蛋,用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 11.用一把从没用过的干净刷子,把蛋液均匀的抹在面团上。
  • 12.放入烤箱,上下火180度烤15分钟。
  • 13.没有经过揉面机,直接发酵烤成的面包,色泽金黄亮丽,味道松软可口。
