黑白芝麻酥

  • 黑芝麻50g
  • 小苏打1/4小勺

Steps to make 黑白芝麻酥

  • 1.称量好食材:低粉、小苏打、黄油、砂糖、蛋清。(蛋清的量,正好是一个鸡蛋的蛋清)
  • 2.麻要是生的,需要焙熟。
  • 3.将白芝麻和砂糖混合。
  • 4.用料理机打成粉末。
  • 5.黄油化成液态。
  • 6.低粉和小苏打混合过筛后与黄油混合。
  • 7.加入打成粉的芝麻糖。
  • 8.倒入黑芝麻
  • 9.用蛋清一点点的加入,并不断的用手揉捏,直至成为面团。
  • 10.再饼干模具中放入保鲜膜,将面团放入模具中,放入冰箱冷冻1个小时左右。
  • 11.取出冻硬的面团模具。
  • 12.切成0.8cm左右的薄片。
  • 13.放入铺有油纸的烤盘。烤箱预热170°5分钟,上下火,中层20分钟左右。
  • 14.烤好的饼干,在烤箱延迟10分钟取出,饼干的口感会更好。不用再描述这款饼干有多香,想想食材就知道。
