  • 花生90g
  • 南瓜子35g
  • 核桃40g
  • 我拌的馅没加水

Steps to make 五仁月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆里倒入色拉油。
  • 2.搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把预拌粉倒入糖浆中。
  • 4.上下拌均匀。
  • 5.面粉放到锅里炒熟
  • 6.炒好的面粉。
  • 7.花生核桃黑芝麻南瓜子小火炒熟。核桃和花生切成小碎末。葡萄干切丁。
  • 8.把干果 面粉 白糖 冬瓜糖 放在一起。
  • 9.搅拌均匀。
  • 10.加入色拉油搅拌均匀。
  • 11.馅料是50g,每个大约做17个。
  • 12.皮是34g一个,可做17个皮。
  • 13.皮按扁包馅料。
  • 14.用月饼模子定型。
  • 15.烤之前表面喷水,170℃烤5分钟定型,凉凉刷蛋黄液,再烤5分钟刷蛋黄液,再烤5分钟就可以啦,拿出放凉,密封回油3天即可。
