  • 味达美1大勺
  • 1.5勺
  • 味精1.5勺

Steps to make 水煎包

  • 1.将酵母和面粉混合均匀,加入适量温水,将面团揉至光滑放在温暖处发酵
  • 2.发酵至2倍大
  • 3.肉馅内调入花生油、葱花、姜末、味达美、盐和味精顺时针搅拌上劲。
  • 4.将发酵好的面团充分排气,并分成小剂(比饺子皮稍大即可),擀成比饺子皮厚些的面饼。
  • 5.包入调好的馅料
  • 6.平底锅内放多些花生油烧热,依次放入包好的小包子煎至底部金黄。将1碗水放1小勺面粉调成面糊水倒入锅内,盖上锅盖煎至水分完全蒸发即可。
  • 7.出锅开吃
