无油低糖海绵蛋糕
因爱吃蛋糕即又怕发胖,所以将这海绵蛋糕方子里的油减去,又减少了糖的量,烤出来的蛋糕很松软又不是很甜,可以放心食用啦

  • 1.将鸡蛋打入盆中
  • 2.放入糖
  • 3.用打蛋器打发
  • 4.打至彭涨蛋液滴下不会马上消失
  • 5.将大米粉倒入牛奶中搅拌
  • 6.倒入三分之一的蛋液上下搅拌
  • 7.再将搅好的面糊倒入蛋液中,上下搅拌
  • 8.然后倒入模具中,烤箱180度预热10分钟,放入烤箱上下烤25分钟
