  • 猪里脊肉500克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玉米淀粉4勺
  • 蒜瓣6个
  • 4棵
  • 亨氏番茄酱2勺
  • 生抽4勺
  • 白砂糖2勺

Steps to make 荔枝肉

  • 1.里脊肉洗净切成中等大小的块状,沥干水份放入大碗中,加入一个鸡蛋,4勺玉米淀粉,少量的盐抓匀。
  • 2.充分搅拌均匀浆制半小时待用。
  • 3.葱切成葱花。
  • 4.蒜瓣切碎。
  • 5.锅中置油,烧至七成热,将浆好的肉块逐个加入,中小火炸至微黄捞出。
  • 6.再改中火复炸一次至金黄。
  • 7.捞出控油。
  • 8.大碗中加入生抽,蒜末,白砂糖,番茄酱,少量的料酒,盐,一起搅拌均匀,制成酱汁。(具体的量可根据个人的口味来添加。)
  • 9.再将控干油份的肉块加入,再加入葱花一起快速充分搅拌均匀,静置一会,可盖上盖子,让肉块完全吸收酱汁。
  • 10.装盘。
