    • 1.摘取苜蓿比较嫩的尖部。
    • 2.洗净控干水分。
    • 3.取适量玉米面加入开水搅成面穗,晾凉备用 。
    • 4.凉透的玉米面,加入少量白面和酵母和成面团。加入白面的目的是增加粘稠度,口感也会比较好。
    • 5.面团要和软些,再加入野菜口感才会好。
    • 6.盖保鲜膜在温暖处醒发四十分钟左右。
    • 7.加入苜蓿菜搅拌均匀。这一步可适量加点盐增加风味。
    • 8.取适量菜团揉圆,下面戳个洞方便透气。
    • 9.水开后蒸二十分钟即可。
    • 10.营养健康又好吃的苜蓿菜团。
