    Steps to make 排骨年糕

    • 1.年糕温水中浸泡数小时沥干水分,入油锅煎至两面金黄待用
    • 2.排骨清水中浸泡出血水,洗净,沥干水分,放姜,料酒,老抽,五香粉,抓匀腌制入味
    • 3.起油锅烧至约5成热,放入排骨炸至变色捞出沥油
    • 4.锅内留底油,放姜,甜面酱烧热
    • 5.放排骨翻炒上色
    • 6.加水与排骨持平,大火烧开
    • 7.放入年糕,转中小火烧20分钟左右
    • 8.放生抽,糖,适量盐,麻油翻炒入味,大火收汁即可
